Secure Agent Market (“we,” “us”) operates a subscription marketplace of software tools for licensed insurance agents at secureagentmarket.com and app.secureagentmarket.com. Contact: support@secureagentmarket.com.
Our apps run entirely in your browser. The working information you enter while using them - client details, medical information, Social Security numbers, sales reports, uploaded files and images - is processed on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Payments are handled directly by Stripe on Stripe’s systems; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We hold only the account, billing, and usage records described below.
We do not collect, receive, or store anything you or your clients enter into the apps. That content lives in your browser’s local storage on your own device; if you clear your browser data, it is gone and we cannot recover it. We are not a custodian, processor, or HIPAA business associate for your clients’ information - you remain its sole handler.
One narrow exception to note for completeness: a few convenience lookups (for example, medication-name autocomplete) query public directories, such as the National Library of Medicine, directly from your device. Those queries contain only the text being searched - no client identity - and never pass through our servers. Bank and routing-number lookups are served from our own reference data.
Documents and outputs generated by the apps may be marked with your account’s license identifier. This travels with documents you create (it helps trace misuse of the software) but tells us nothing about their contents.
We use your account, billing, and usage information solely to provide the service, manage your subscription, secure the platform, and contact you about your account (for example, sign-in verification emails from our domain). We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Each provider processes only the limited data needed for its function, under its own privacy terms. All data is hosted in the United States; if you use the service from elsewhere, your account data is transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Account data is protected with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, and the apps’ local-first design keeps the most sensitive material off our servers entirely. We keep account and billing records while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, and audit purposes; usage logs are kept for support and security purposes. When you request deletion, we remove your account data except what we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records).
You can update your details, manage billing, or cancel any time from your account page. To request a copy or deletion of your account information, email support@secureagentmarket.com; we honor applicable state privacy rights.
The service is for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy as the service evolves; the version and date above reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or sent to your account email.
